Why a studio.
Most agencies never live with what they build. They hand over a repository and move on, and the consequences of every shortcut land on somebody else.
We took the other path. GrivonLabs owns and operates products of its own, so we experience our own architecture choices, our own monitoring gaps, and our own support load — a slower, more honest teacher than client work alone.

Code lands in your repository from day one. Full IP transfer, infrastructure in your accounts, documentation good enough for another team to pick up.
Ship in slices
Big-bang launches hide risk until the worst possible moment. We deliver working software in pieces you can see, use, and redirect.
Run what we build
We operate our own products in production. Carrying the pager for your own decisions is the fastest way to learn which ones were wrong.
Measure, don't assume
