Privacy Policy

Last updated 3 September 2026. Plain language, on purpose — this is what we actually do with your data, not a template.

What we collect

The contact form and booking flow: your name, email address, and whatever you write to us.

The Doodle chat widget: your messages, and your email address if you give it during the conversation so we can save the chat and follow up.

Site analytics (Vercel Analytics): aggregate, cookieless traffic data — pages viewed, rough location and device type. It does not identify you individually.

Why we collect it

To reply to enquiries, run discovery calls, and deliver the work you hire us for.

To improve Doodle's answers and understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing. It is used to run the studio, not to build a profile of you.

Where it's processed

Enquiries are delivered by email via Resend. Chat conversations are stored via Upstash. Booking runs through Cal.com. Each of these is a processor acting on our instructions, not an independent data owner.

The site itself is hosted on Vercel.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and chat records are kept as long as reasonably useful for the relationship — typically the length of a project plus a follow-up window, then deleted. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just get in touch through the contact page. We reply within one business day.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update this page. The version here is always the current one.
