Manage. Book. Grow.
Bookasan is a two-sided sports venue platform for Pakistan. On one side, a full operations dashboard a padel, cricket or futsal venue runs its business on — courts, pricing, bookings, staff, stock, expenses, tournaments, analytics. On the other, a marketplace where players discover venues near them, see live court availability, and book and pay in PKR.
Sports venue owners across Pakistan, and the players who book them — padel, tennis, futsal, cricket nets and more.
What it does.
Venue operations dashboard
Courts, opening hours, staff roles, inventory, expenses and a venue-owned customer book — the core of the dashboard every package includes.
Player marketplace
Players discover venues near them by GPS or city, compare price, photos and rating side by side, and see open slots down to the individual court. No phone calls.
Rule-based pricing
A pricing engine resolved narrowest-scope-first: a rule on one court beats a sport-wide rule, which beats the base rate. Peak, off-peak, weekend and per-court pricing all fall out of the same mechanism.
Tournaments
A full module, not an afterthought. Single-elimination brackets generated automatically with byes handled, live scoring that advances the bracket, and courts reserved for the window so nothing can be double-booked underneath.
Promotions & vouchers
Named sale campaigns that come off the price automatically with no code to type, targeted by date, day, time, sport, court and channel. They never stack — the customer gets the better one.
Wallet & settlements
A running ledger of everything owed to or by a venue. Matured payouts are batched, outstanding debt netted off, and entries settle only once an admin confirms the money was actually wired.
Bookings that can't go wrong
A pay-online booking does not exist until payment confirms. Checkout places a hold on the court; the booking row is written only when the gateway verifies — so an unpaid booking can never appear in a venue's dashboard or balance.
Super-admin console
The business's own control room: identity verification, venue approvals, settlement runs, the refunds queue, revenue and P&L, growth funnels, moderation, broadcast and two full audit trails.

The stack behind it.
Before you ask.
Is Bookasan live yet?+
The dashboard, marketplace and admin console are built and deployed, but online payments are not switched on yet — that is the single remaining blocker before public launch.
What does it cost a venue?+
Starter is free today and always: a dashboard-only package, not listed on the marketplace. Prime (Rs 4,999/mo, lists the venue on the Bookasan app) and Autopilot (free, Bookasan runs every booking for the venue) are visible so venues can see what's coming, but both are locked until Bookasan's payment gateway is fully live — switching isn't open yet.
Which sports are supported?+
Padel, tennis, badminton, pickleball, squash, futsal, football, basketball, cricket nets and table tennis, each with its own default slot length. Adding another is a catalogue entry, not a code change.
Is there a mobile app?+
Not yet. Players book through the web app today; a native app is planned for a later phase.
