Scraping 378k+ products across 38 stores, on autopilot
A scraping and republishing pipeline that tracks dozens of storefronts, restyles the catalogue, and pushes it straight into WordPress without a human in the loop.

The challenge
Catalogue data was being collected and reformatted by hand across dozens of supplier storefronts. The work scaled linearly with headcount, listings went stale between manual passes, and every new store added meant another person's week.
What we did
- 01
Built a resilient scraping layer with per-store adapters, so a layout change at one supplier never takes down the rest of the pipeline.
- 02
Added a normalisation and redesign stage that maps wildly inconsistent supplier data into one clean product schema.
- 03
Wired automated publishing directly into WordPress, including media handling and category mapping.
- 04
Put the whole pipeline behind a monitoring dashboard showing per-store health, throughput, and failures needing attention.
The outcome
A process that previously occupied a team now runs unattended, tracking 38 stores and over 378,000 products with the operator supervising rather than performing the work.
“GrivonLabs built a scraper that tracks 38 stores and 378k+ products, then redesigns and pushes them straight to WordPress. What took a team now runs on autopilot.”
